Privacy policy
What we collect
Almost nothing. This is a read-only education and directory site. It does not use accounts, does not run analytics that store personal data, and does not process payments.
Messages
The contact form is accept-and-discard by design: a submitted message is validated and then discarded, not stored, not emailed, and not handed to any third party. Because nothing is retained, there is no data to access, correct, or delete through this site's own systems.
Outbound links
The directory and guides link to external organisations. This policy covers onlyThe Nephron Network; each external site has its own policy, and we encourage you to read the policy of any organisation you visit from our directory before relying on it.
Technical data
As on any website, the hosting provider sees routine technical data (IP addresses, request logs, browser headers) needed to serve pages and protect against abuse. We do not combine this data with anything else and we do not sell it.
Medical information
We ask you not to send health information through the contact form. It is not stored, it cannot reach a clinician, and you should never rely on a website for urgent medical help — call qualified local services.
DPDP alignment
This notice follows the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in spirit: minimal collection, clear purpose, and no sale of data. Where the Act imposes obligations that apply to us, we meet them; the “data deletion request” page documents the current state of that promise.
